Very professional team of home inspectors. I recently had an issue with the seller getting utilities turned on and they were extremely patient with me and my client. They always go beyond expectation and provide a quality inspection at a fair price.

Went above and beyond with the level of service provided for my client. We had a pretty demanding lender and he was always available to help and provide whatever was required for the lender. Responsive and flexible

Richard was professional and thorough. He did a great job and the report was detailed as well as easy to understand. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was that the report wasn’t delivered when it was promised - I had to reach out and ask for it. I would still recommend and use them again.
