I changed from another veterinary hospital in the area to River Ridge. I am so happy with the service and care my dog receives. I have been in customer service my whole life and I am always treated so nice when I walk in. Dr. Fox is very knowledgeable and very caring and I can't say enough good things about her. Dr. Fox and her staff have been caring for our pets for almost 20 years. Dr. Fox is amazing and every single member of the staff, from vet techs to reception, are kind, caring, and helpful. We stayed with them even after moving quite a bit further away because we know our pets are in the very best hands. Wish I could give 10 stars!
Dr. Fox and her team are top tier. They gave me anxious, scared boy the most love and best care possible. They loved on me too! My dog had a tumor growing in his mouth and had not seen a vet in several years. They were patient and kind, and not judgemental. They just jumped in, got him caught up on his vaccine and did the surgery for us a week later. We will recommend family and friends to them every single time.
