Reyes Shoe Repair

This was my first time doing business with Reyes Shoe Repair. Overall the repairs were great and the price was reasonable but I was a little concerned about the customer service over the phone. Although there was an apology once I arrived to pick up my shoes and of course I did accept his apology. I won't go into detail of what took place but I'll just say we must be mindful of how we answer our calls as a place of business because you never know who may be on the other end of that call. All in all I say, "Thanks Reyes for taking good care of my shoes."

Mr Reyes fixed the snap on my husband's leather jacket. The upper part was concealed under leather. He very politely did a good job. I'll be back when I need more leatherwork.

I needed more room than my Frye boots had in the calf... this man worked out the idea what to do and it's absolutely perfect...I will definitely recommend Reyes Shoe Repair for anything you need repaired leather!! I'm so happy with them!!
