Novant Health WomanCare is a great team with a welcoming environment. The staff, from the receptionist to the medical assistants and doctors, are fabulous, considerate, and caring. They provide top notch care and treat patients like a person, making them feel heard. Patients find the staff calm, competent, and compassionate, giving facts when concerns arise. The practitioners are understanding and attentive to questions and concerns. The facility provides a very pleasant experience, making the drive well worth it. It is a go-to for health care with a caring and compassionate approach.
Everyone in this office is so nice. It’s always quiet and clean. The nurse or CMA who took my vitals and intake information was awesome. I can’t remember her name, but she was so nice and down to earth. The front desk person is also very nice. She was patiently helping someone when I arrived who was clearly confused and didn’t know what they were trying to ask her. She politely asked them if they could check me in, very professional. I would recommend this office.
Rhonda Dixon and the staff at the Woman Care Clemmons location are ABSOLUTELY wonderful. Rhonda is always knowledgeable regarding women's issues I may inquire about. She considers my input when discussing my care plan. During each visit, I never feel like she is rushing me out to get to the next patient. I am always impressed with how quickly she responds when I submit a question via MyChart.
I love Novant Womancare! Rhonda Dixon was amazing! She informed me about some concerns I had regarding a lump I had on my boob and she was very understanding and attentive to my questions and concerns. She is awesome!
