“Was not good but very understandable, after the third day of expecting a service tech, I imagine the owner, or experienced tech let me know I should contact the company where I bought my unit. I have no problem with that, I feel one should train their people if your not going to service other a/c issues than don't advertise you are. From family members I know, and friends I would recommend this company, it did not work out for me but, convenience does not always dictate and to be perfectly honest, I commend him for being loyal to his customers.“
