I've been going to Catawba Valley Family Medicine Claremont for many years. I always get the best care whether it's from the front desk, the physician's assistant or the nurses. They always listen to me with patience and kindness. They understand my chronic illnesses well and help me live a better, healthier life.
This facility normally is a great office however… I was called yesterday to inform me my mother had an order for a sonogram on her thyroid. This order had been in since February (it’s March 19) and we were in the office on Monday the 16th and nothing was mentioned about the sono. I was told to just “show up” no appointment is necessary. They will just take her in. However, you must take her before the 23rd as that will be the final day for the order before it expires. My mother can’t drive so I’m her transportation. I live about a half hour away from my mother and the imagining facility is 30 minutes from her home. I pick her up - we go to the hospital...read full review
Grace, Katie, & Melissa are seriously so amazing! I hadn’t been to a doctor in a while & was feeling a little nervous, but they made me feel totally safe & comfortable. They made the whole visit way better than I expected! Such a great sweet lady’s here’s!!
