They provide a wide variety of services, from haircuts and beard shape-ups to nose waxing, and handle both children and adults with skill. The atmosphere is super cozy, welcoming, and friendly, offering a great experience. The customer service is amazing, and they accommodate both walk-ins and appointments. They are very patient and sweet, especially with nervous little ones, making them feel comfortable. They ask questions to give the exact haircut clients are looking for, ensuring everyone looks fresh, impeccable, and amazing. The shop offers complimentary drinks while you wait or during your service, including excellent alcoholic options. Specific services like the hot towel treatment are highly recommended. Brittany was amazing with our 15 month old son. It was his first real haircut and she did a fantastic job. She was very patient with him and so sweet!
I had some really long hair (6 years) and was so worried about cutting it off. I wasn't quite sure what kind of cut I wanted or needed, but Sam knew exactly what to do. She completely changed the way I look and I couldn't be happier with the work she put in. I will definitely be back!
