I had a very good experience with this company for a repair of the grounding wire to my house. I called on a Sunday and while they didn't respond within the 30 min window they advertise they did apologize later for that and within 30 min had assessed my situation to be one that could be handled the next day, which was much cheaper on me. They called before coming out, got to work quickly and did a very good job getting everything fixed and in place. Only downside is they charged me for a whole hour of their time when it only took 20 min to fix.
