These guys did an excellent job on the tile work in my new house my wife was very please at how perfect our custom made cabinets turned out to be everything she hoped for these guys definitely went above and beyond most importantly they held up there promise to give us everything we invasioned thank you omga Hands down you all are the greatest
Responsiveness and good customer service ethics are surprisingly hard to find among contractors. It's like so many of these folks are advised that running a business isn't difficult enough, and they should really ramp up the challenge by disappearing to Belize and living under an assumed alias whenever they get a phone call. And then when you do get them on site, they throw up in your toilet (yep, happened to me once; guess the plumber was really put my drainpipes through their paces) or they proceed to treat your house like a backyard wrestling ring, complete with nails left strewn about. I even tried to get one guy to come over to look at a project, and when reminded about the timeline we confirmed with him twice, he stated "I don't do timelines". Will's team is excellent, thankfully. The masonry work they did on an aging stone chimney was done on time with a high degree of workmanship and for a fair price. I had them knock out some pressure washing, and this too was performed perfectly. There was a delay on my side they were very patient with. In other words, it was an experience that was a complete opposite of common worst case scenarios.
