We've been coming to Cherokee for years, but December 2023 was my first spa visit. I can't believe I've been missing out all these years. If you read some of the reviews here you'd think this place was awful. It is spectacular. Extremely clean, well staffed, and so relaxing! I had a facial with Nora and it was the best facial I've EVER had. Absolutely wonderful. I'll never miss a chance to come back to the spa again.

The first time visiting the spa we had a HORRIBLE experience. We booked the couples 90 minute massage for my birthday present. The gal giving me my massage was sick. She left the room MULTIPLE Times and all together I ended up with less than 30 minutes and both my husband and I became very ill in less than 24 hours after the massage. My husband said let's try this again. I was very reluctant and didn't want to be disappointed on this birthday. We had a WONDERFUL RELAXING TIME. The experience was terrific. I'm so glad my husband talked me into going again and giving the spa another try. Thanks for a great birthday this year!!!

I love this place! Every time I go to Cherokee I make a day of the Mandara Spa. I always ask for John for a facial and I have never had a bad massage from any staff member. The sauna, pool, heated relaxing chairs and the private balcony are a great way to continue the relaxing after your services.
