Rxo is xpo?!
Got a load from them an they will not answer the phone to give me the delivery number so Amazon rejected the load.
Amazon delivery late?
Blame the reps at rxo/xpo.
They post loads that need to be moved but don't answer the phone. Hung up after a 20 minute hold, which is much longer than typically allowed. Hopefully your customer used someone else to get their load moved.
I own a small trucking company and I hauled many loads for them in the past. All I can say is that XPO or it's subsidiary RXO have absolutely terrible customer service. It is impossible to reach anyone from accounting, they don't even have a common courtesy to return a phone call or an email.They will be available to you while you're doing work for them, but as soon as you're done they simply don't care anymore.
