I received my first bouquet a little wilted. But when I contacted customer service, they were supper nice and kind and replaced the flowers with a more beautiful batch right away!!! I really do appreciate how prompt they were with the replacement. And now I have a beautiful arrangement I’ll get to enjoy ❤️
I was ordering a basket to send to someone in Charlotte but I live in Virginia. I spoke to the Manager on the phone and she was very helpful and nice. She explained the different options to me and help me choose a beautiful gourmet basket. She was customer service oriented and made me feel like a valued customer. She even sent me photos of the finished basket. I will definitely order from Williams Florist again and I will also refer them to family and friends.
