At this place i just recently called to ask a question and the person on the phone was lowkey giving me attitude and sounded like she didnt wanna work there… i went over there to just look at the frames and some frames at 50 dollars and the lowest price for a frame is 30 $. But the glasses that was around 60 and under is made out of really flimsy plastic. Reminded me of the blue light glasses i got from SHEIN(a very cheap shopping brand from china). But there is some frame over 100$ that are better quality. I just dont like the customer service

I went there today for an eye exam without an appointment and I was seen in about 45 minutes. The lady in the reception is very nice and the doctor is amazing, I have no complaints at all he takes care of me and take his time, also make me smile during the process. I am not sure about the other people in the front because I didn’t buy my glasses there but for sure the doctor and his assistant were very nice and professional. Thank you again.

I assume when you purchase the lower price Glasser the done on them is shabby as discriminating. After less than a year sun reflector is fading leaving marks on the lens keeping me from seeing clearly, like a haze. Unless you get the warrantee which is not worth it. It's all about making money at the expense of the customer. I will never give the vision center my money again. I wish I had looked at their reviews.
