Went to get a pedicure (regular polish) and manicure with gel. Gel lifted as soon as I got home on one nail. The pedicure was ok. There are lots of people in training here which I don't mind because people have to start somewhere but......if people are still in training they should let you know that this person is training and you shouldn't have to pay full price. I paid full price for a sloppy job. None of my nails were filed so they are as sharp as knives and uneven. I have given them more than once to make it right but this is it! I have been coming here for about 8 years and I don’t have to complain about anything. Very friendly staff and a very clean environment. Love what they have done with the place. I know I shouldn’t compare about places but personally for me this is the best nail salon to go to, especially around this area. Prices have changed, but let’s be realistic, everywhere prices have increased. I DO NOT understand why there are a few negative comments about this place. I have gotten pedicure and full set done and my full set nails as well as the nail polish last very long, no matter the service I get done. Very nice friendly staff. However the quality of work is not great. First time I got a full set there in the summer I had issues with lifting after a couple of days and nails falling off. I didn’t go back for a while. I did give them another shot the week before Valentine’s Day and same thing. At week 2 every last one of my nails has fallen off literally the whole acrylic nail just came off in whole. I paid $75 for this full set. Not happy.
