This was the first time I went to Upper Cuts for a haircut, and I would say it’s been the best haircut I’ve received since moving to Charlotte three years ago. Toriano gives great haircuts and is a great conversationalist; very knowledgeable on many fronts. Great guy! No wonder he doesn’t need to deal with appointments. We’ll see you next time brah!

Love getting my cut here. Torriano makes me feel comfortable being there which hasn’t been the case at other shops. I’m a white male who enjoys a fresh cut by hand and attention to detail. You get what you pay for at big franchises IMO. At upper cuts he’s always kind and welcoming. I don’t mind waiting and paying for a superior product.
