I had an excellent experience at University Eye Associates! Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. Sophia was an amazing assistant and made the eye exam experience easy and stress-free. Ms. Rose was very kind, professional, and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. Ms. Julie was also fantastic and did a great job helping me find frames that fit me and looked great.

This was my third visit visit to this office (one visit for each of the last three years). I have had thorough examinations each time. My recent visit, 8/4/26, was even more pleasant because of a fun, yet professional young lady at the front desk. I made sure to let her know that I appreciated her welcoming manner, because it was the first time I had received such at this office (Plaza Extension, Harrisburg).
