Today is my daughter's birthday & my mother is visiting from out of town. As part of my daughter's birthday pampering, I wanted to get her hair silk pressed. My mother has been here for 2 weeks & wanted to get her hair washed, colored, & curled. I made a last-minute appointment yesterday, after reading the good reviews on yelp. When we got to the salon, Cheresa took my mother right away and had her hair washed. Shortly after, my daughter began having her hair washed. My mother got a wash, condition, color, trim, blow dry, and curl. My daughter's hair was washed, conditioned, blow dried, and flat ironed. The care and good energy that Cheresa showed my family was as if she were doing her own mother and daughter's hair. On top of that, when the other stylists & patrons heard it was my daughter's birthday, they helped me sing happy birthday, in the Stevie Wonder version. Lastly, I told them that my daughter is a singer, and they allowed her to perform her version of "Rise Up," by Andra Day. This salon is really living up to its name. My daughter enjoyed her birthday, getting a beauty treatment like a Unique Lady! When we were leaving, another stylist said to me, "You all are family now."

New hairstylists and salon owners... listen up! You need to learn from the salon owner and stylists at Unique Lady Hair Design. Elisa and her talented group of stylists are simply the BEST! Great customer service and conversation. The ladies are professionals! They are friendly and your experience at the shop will be a great one! My hair was washed, extremely well, my scalp was massaged and my hair was conditioned, deeply, which was included in the price of my style. No nickle and diming me for everything.
