Inventory wise, customers are able to find everything they needed. However, some feel the staff should do a check every hour to keep the cologne organized and could offer more help to shoppers. Overall, Ulta Beauty is noted for its amazing order pickup experience and stands out as a go-to destination for beauty enthusiasts.
I just wanna bring up a great experience I had yesterday (09/02) at this location. I don’t remember the girls name that helped me but she was so sweet, funny and had beautiful blue eye makeup ❤ I told her I tried winging it with matching myself for concealer online and was so close. She took the time and patience to find the closest shade to what I currently wear. Oh, and also helped me find a good setting powder too for my skin type! Mentioning that I literally live in Monroe but prefer 1000x to drive down here due to service and overall experience. Let’s just say she’s the cherry on top ❤!
