Customers can shop for more than 25,000 products. The staff is superb and very accommodating, with staff members like Anna who is the best, super approachable, and provides great service. Inventory wise, customers are able to find everything they needed. However, some feel the staff should do a check every hour to keep the cologne organized and could offer more help to shoppers. Overall, Ulta Beauty is noted for its amazing order pickup experience and stands out as a go-to destination for beauty enthusiasts.
I want to recognize the store manager Cluadette for the amazing service she provided. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about assisting me. She went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I needed and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. Her positive attitude and dedication made my experience truly enjoyable. Employees like her are the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you for making such a difference!
Sam is a superstar! He cut my 3B/3C curls so beautifully. He delivered exactly what I asked for not only he is great at cutting curls, he also did a great job at straightening my hair just with the air dryer to ensure my cut was even per my request. You have to be very skilled to know how to cut and dry my type of hair and he exceeded my expectations. I have gone to countless stylists in the Charlotte area trying to get a nice cut and I always end up disappointed. With that being said, I am so glad I found Sam, I will definitely return every time I am due for a haircut. Thank you so much Sam!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Ulta today. A wonderful young lady named Mia at checkout was extremely helpful, considerate, sweetest, patient woman I have ever met in retail. I also got to experience another young lady I think her name starts with an S, I work for Instacart and at times is hard to find certain items or even work the app, but with those two women today made my experience helpful. I would give this location a five star, but I felt like the two African-American women weren’t as bubbly, nice towards me like the other two ladies were. I had asked Mia how long she worked there and she said a year all I have to say is please promote her or give her a raise...read full review
