Six different employees approached me during my visit, even though I had already made it clear that I didn’t need any assistance. One particular employee was especially pushy. She offered her assistance three separate times, and even after I declined, she continued to follow me around, standing nearby and staring directly at me.
It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and invaded my personal space. I came into the store knowing exactly what I wanted, and this kind of aggressive customer service made it very difficult to shop independently and enjoy the experience. Just shopped at this Ulta and the entire staff is absolutely exceptional! Can’t say enough praise for Victoria the operations manager. She was such a sweetheart and so knowledgeable. She helped me find the right items I was looking for and was not pushy at all. Felt very comfortable talking with her and she took her time to explain the product!
