This store is clean and orderly on most visits. My only gripe is that the store clerks tend to make things up or try to explain away things dismissively when they don’t know the answer to a question. It’s quite frustrating and I’d prefer a simple “I’m not sure or I don’t know ” instead.
Audrey was a huge help on Tuesday! First, she welcomed me, but didn't stop with a simple greeting. She asked if she could help me. It was my first time at this store. I was shopping for other people. Upon entering I felt overwhelmed. I appreciate that sections are labeled, but Audrey knew that store like the back of her hand! I was very impressed!! Thank you Audrey!!
I like Ulta Beauty. This was my first visit to this particular location. The two employees who I initially encountered were quite pleasant. Unfortunately, the third employee I encountered was not. I asked her to do a price check for me and she responded with a sigh of annoyance. It wasn't as if I had interrupted her while assisting another customer. She was simply stocking product. Regardless, I thought her response was rude. Hence the 3 star review.
