Ariana & Paola were incredible hostesses. I was initially skeptical about the float procedure but True REST spa put my worries & stress at ease. When you walk in everything is explained in an easy to comprehend way, the amenities of self care adjacent to the spa were a nice touch that shows this place puts in the here. True REST is a welcome addition to the neighborhood and anyone undecided about it should just jump in, you're in good care here.

If you ever get the chance, highly recommend it. I wasn't sure what to expect but boy did I enjoy it. Enjoyed it so much. I've signed up for recurring massages each month.

Staff was warm and friendly the pod was perfect temperature and the room was well stocked with all the amenities... Excellent experience left very relaxed. Always a great place to recover from muscle fatigue also with an improved mental peace of mind... read full review
