I am so thankful Justin Brown was the Travis Crawford plumber who came to my house today! I am elderly and he was an extremely patient gentleman! Justin explained to me in detail about the leak under my house, what needed to be done, and gave me options on repair or replacing the water pipe. He was kind and helpful as he walked me through the loan application. Then he made arrangements for work to begin at my house in a few days! Day after Christmas we woke up with our water heater leaking. Contacted Travis Crawford and they were able to send out a technician within a couple of hours . Justin Brown showed up and immediately took me through the problem and then presented me with multiple options for repair. Justin was professional, thorough and comprehensive as he explained the options and as he was doing the repairs. Repairs were completed in 2 hours.
