Haircut on 12/15/25 with Michelle was unacceptable. I clearly explained the cut I wanted, showed photos, and stopped her twice during the service to confirm she was following my instructions. I was explicit that I wanted to keep my length and only taper the sides and nape. She ignored this and severely overcut my hair, effectively butchering it.
After the appointment, I was she marked me as a no-show in Booksy, which blocked my deposit refund and prevented me from leaving a review. I did attend the appointment. She offered no apology.
This reflects poor listening, poor execution, and serious professionalism issues. Proceed with caution.
