I can’t believe I haven’t done a review sooner! This truly is the absolute best spa in Charlotte to get a facials. I’ve gone to several different ones and I don’t think any come close to this! For me, I have to save a facial, but it is where my discretionary income goes. So appreciative that my money is not wasted here!
For one they actually utilize the whole appointment time. You’re paying for a luxury service and often times there is a lot of dead space where you’re sitting around in your facial just waiting for the next step or something. I was so impressed with the professionalism and quality of service I received at Toccare!
The environment is so calming that when you walk in, you instantly feel relieved. The waiting room is beautiful, the front desk staff is helpful and attentive, and the specialists clearly know what they’re doing. My facial session with Sam was one of the best experiences I’ve had when it comes to skincare, and I left feeling so refreshed. You will absolutely be very well taken care of here!
