Unbelievable! I walked in with a pair of pants and they got me immediately into a fitting room and had them marked to hem within five minutes. They are going to have them hemmed in two days and it’s always very professionally done. Glad we have this gem of a place in Charlotte.

I got my wedding dress tailored here last spring and have since gone back several times to get other dresses and work clothes tailored. Each time, the employees have been lovely.They are accommodating with deadlines, especially if certain pieces need to be done quicker than others. I would encourage you to ask clarifying questions for details that matter to you. I wanted to make sure the length of my pants would accommodate heels as well as the flats I was wearing when getting measured. She adjusted the length accordingly so that it would go well with either heel height.I also appreciate that she lets me know when something doesn’t need tailoring. I needed a tuxedo altered and I needed it done quickly and they were able to get me in and measured up within 10 minutes. They were able to get me my items back, altered perfectly, in less than 3 days. Highly recommend this location..
