It has been a joy to work with TinaMaids of Charlotte for my house-cleaning needs. They have a few different teams, which have been between ok and great, but I want to specifically credit Mary, the owner and her daughter, who are super kind, pay attention to detail, help with cleaning and organizing questions (even how to keep my plants lasting longer), and are professional and on time. If something was missed, they 100% correct it for next time, or if I would like something else cleaned or checked, they are happy to do so.
