Tide Cleaners provides a dry cleaning service that emphasizes cleanliness and care for garments. They offer convenient features like a drive-thru valet and 24-hour services, allowing customers to pick up their items quickly—often within a day. The staff are friendly and welcoming, with attention to customers and their pets, even offering dog treats for pups in cars. The location handles a variety of items, including suits, shirts, tablecloths, chair covers, dinner napkins, bedding, and winter wear, with no negative experiences reported. Prices are competitive, and the service tends to be quick, with orders often finished earlier than expected. Customers appreciate the fresh clean scent of Tide on their cleaned items, adding to the overall satisfaction. However, some find the service menu confusing, especially the difference between a press shirt and a laundry shirt, and suggest a rewards program or discounts for prepaying customers. Overall, Tide Cleaners is a reliable choice for dry cleaning needs, combining quality service with convenience.
My experience with Tide Cleaners is awesome. The staff is very friendly and although the prices are a bit much, what you receive is well worth it. Using the Tide App helps save some money so I make sure my app stay updated. With Tide Cleaners you get what you pay for!!
Tide Cleaners consistently delivers exceptional service, ensuring timely and effective results. Their team is highly professional, the facilities are impeccably maintained, and I have complete confidence in their garment care.
I've never had a horrible experience at this location. I've had many different types of things dry cleaned, washed and folded, and even ironed and startched. From tablecloths, chair covers, and dinner napkins, to bedding, to suits and winter wear. Not one negative experience.
It's worth the cost and they're always friendly. They're also rather quick. Checkout doesn't take long and they often finish orders early than estimated. I love them!
