I've never had a horrible experience at this location. I've had many different types of things dry cleaned, washed and folded, and even ironed and startched. From tablecloths, chair covers, and dinner napkins, to bedding, to suits and winter wear. Not one negative experience.
It's worth the cost and they're always friendly. They're also rather quick. Checkout doesn't take long and they often finish orders early than estimated. I love them!
Customer service rep was really good. My only complaint is that the service memu. The difference between a press shirt and a laundry shirt. It's very confusing. You would think that a dress shirt would be a pressed and laundry shirt. But it's the opposite way. Also there should be a customer rewards program. And a first time user. The coupon that is offered online is basically useless for shirts and pants. Maybe Tide should consider a program if you prepay you get a discount.
Every employee I have interacted with has been kind, thoughtful, and professional--especially Ms. Shelly. They go out of their way to greet me and they know both me and my son by name. Their prices can't be beat, and they even have dog treats available for the pups in cars!
