Absolutely AMAZING service and products with The Window Source of the Carolinas! The whole process was so easy! Greg was so helpful in helping us decide what the best doors and windows for our home would be! Their prices are so reasonable. 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
We had Window Source replace all 36 windows in our home. We are very pleased with the service. We had several window companies show us their products. Since it was a large purchase, we wanted some time to think about it. Window Source was the only company that did not have high pressure to make a quick decision. The installation was very quick and Gabriel was very professional and quickly came back to fix a small problem with one of the windows. We highly recommend Gabriel and his installers and Windowsource.
Let's start with the initial consultation. Michael, our sales rep, was key to us in choosing The Window Source. For he kept his presentation simple and to the point. There was no hyperbole in the least in his presentation of the company's products. While we did not purchase the windows during or immediately after the presentation, I always kept him in the back of my mind. Probably the biggest attribute I liked about Mike was the fact he wasn't presumptuous. He talked to us in a down to earth level. Finally, when we were ready we reached out to Mike over 2 years later.
