Used the spa yesterday. Came with my mother, father and daughter and couldn't have had a better experience. Massages were fantastic, facilities beautiful. Left something in my spa robe pocket and thought it wpild.never be found but they located it immediately and had it ready for me. Appreciate it!
Booked a massage through London for a family member, she was extremely kind, very helpful and very communicative!! The massage itself was great, this location was nothing short of amazing. Will be booking again soon!
If you want to book, I would highly recommend going in person because getting someone to pick up the phone is almost impossible.... However, I was able to go in and speak with the front desk lady by the name of London, she was absolutely phenomenal, she made my booking process easy and stress free while also multitasking and being clear on instructing other guests, she helped build my entire itinerary for my sisters surprise birthday spa day down to the t, it was only right that I came on here to share because before coming in and speaking with her, I was ready to book elsewhere, so thank you to that wonderful young lady
