Ballantyne Pool and Spa is fantastic.

My one real complaint is the music at the outdoor pool. It’s loud and tends to be pop covers that clash with what should be a calm, relaxing environment. When you come to a spa and pool to decompress, blaring covers of top 40 songs really put a damper on the whole atmosphere. Turning the volume down or switching to something more mellow would make an already great place even better.

Highly recommend overall, just bring headphones if you want to fully relax.

My sister and I spent the day at the spa celebrating her 50th birthday. We both got deep tissue massages and pedicures. Both of our providers were amazing! We relaxed and enjoyed them so much! The weather wasn't great so we did not get to enjoy the outside pool however we enjoyed all the indoor amenities. With that said, they NEED to do a deep cleaning on all the furniture in the Ladies lounge where you wait for your service. The white chairs are brown and when you walk in there is black mold on the floor. Wow! I had an amazing experience with a couples massage at the Ballantyne Hotel. Roberto, especially, made my experience even better. I truly appreciated the care and thoughtfulness he showed throughout our visit. He made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. I’m so grateful for his exceptional service!
