The Spa At Ballantyne offers a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for visitors. The facilities are described as beautiful, with lovely rooms and good room service. The massages are fantastic, and the black bean burger and squash salad are delicious. Mo provides top tier service, making visitors feel comfortable, and the spa staff, including Nico and Saharra, are praised for their exceptional service and knowledge. Customers appreciate the ample parking and the overall good experience at this spa location. Many reviewers express satisfaction with their visits, enjoying the heated massage table and relaxing by the pool, and plan to return in the future.
My one real complaint is the music at the outdoor pool. It’s loud and tends to be pop covers that clash with what should be a calm, relaxing environment. When you come to a spa and pool to decompress, blaring covers of top 40 songs really put a damper on the whole atmosphere. Turning the volume down or switching to something more mellow would make an already great place even better.
Highly recommend overall, just bring headphones if you want to fully relax.

The white chairs are brown and when you walk in there is black mold on the floor. The table that has coffee, tea, water and snacks was adorable but there was a cheesy trail mix, yogurt pretzels and peach gummy rings (very tacky) for what you are… read full review

Wow! I had an amazing experience with a couples massage at the Ballantyne Hotel. Roberto, especially, made my experience even better. I truly appreciated the care and thoughtfulness he showed throughout our visit. He made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. I’m so grateful for his exceptional service!
