I have been terrified coming to see a chiropractor and I’ll say this — before letting anyone who worked there know this info, I have to say front desk, Vivian is super friendly and made check in efficient. I saw Doctor Matt and he was just incredible. Made me feel safe & welcomed. Most importantly made sure I knew that I was in control the entire time and that made me more at ease despite my fears and the amount of pain I was in. I walked in with 10/10 pain and walked out with about 7.5/10 pain which is a lot considering how much I started with! I signed up for a monthly package and I cannot wait to go back! All right, I just had a visit to the joint chiropractic location here and on Ray Road 7918 Ray Road with Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Steve Jackson oh my goodness Dr. Ahmed did a great job. I mean all I can say is wow you guys are fantastic. Keep doing a great job. Makes me wanna keep coming back. Great customer service.
Incredible doctors and love the structure of the membership at The Joint!! They are open until 7pm most weekdays and even have great weekend availability. I use my membership at locations nationwide, and the caliber and quality of the doctors is unparalleled. Not 1 doctor is exactly the same in how they adjust, but they have all been All-Stars and very knowledgeable in my experience. I cannot always anticipate when I'll need an adjustment to keep functioning at my best, so it's awesome to know I can rely on The Joint and their A++ team of docs to support that. I highly recommend!!
