The fitness studio is a great environment to workout. The staff are upbeat and friendly. The studio is always clean and the equipment is well maintained.I've been working with Chad for several weeks. I chose him because of his expertise, credentials, and his 20+ years of experience. Fitness Studio is THE place to jumpstart your fitness routine. I have been training with Chad and he has helped me improve my strength, stability and form over the past few months. Chad listens to you and what you want to achieve, as well as challenge you to push yourself and see the change you want to accomplish not only physically but also increase your confidence. In addition Chad offers stretching sessions that I never miss and highly recommend. Overall I would highly recommend this personalized one on one trainer approach and Fitness Studio.
I worked almost exclusively with Kayla both in groups and individually. You are pushed as much as u need to be pushed. I lost and kept weight off as I worked out with her- I know I would have lost more if a followed a more strict diet but I just aimed to be more intuitive while eating and exercising constantly and getting stronger. Even taking 2-3 week break from working out- I did not gain weight. I trust her to work with your body and your abilities to the fullest extent. I would definitely recommend her.
