Today was our first visit to The Dog Salon and to an official groomer. I was a little nervous for my pup. She gets nervous with new situation. We shoed up on time and everything was well organized. Steph took to her right away and I left. They called me 2 hours later. I paid and the receptionist Christina was telling me how well my sweet pup did. I even got a progress report along with my well groomed baby. Thank you!

Amy was very thoughtful in discussing the steps she’d take with Piper for her first grooming. Piper can be fearful of first meetings but when I picked her up, she and Amy were best buds.

Took my Cranky, Rag-a-muffin 14 y/o blind, deaf, covered in tumors and huge abdominal hernia that hadn't been trimmed in forever. Valerie took a lot of time talking with me and reviewing Wilson's history and comforting him as we talked. The service was first rate and he actually looks like a Miniature Schnauzer now, Thanks for the great care and cut.
