I booked my appointment with someone else and realized at the last minute that I had the wrong date. I was devastated, but after calming down and searching online, I found Tenneh's African Braiding and I’ve found my new hair home!
She was able to fit me in just 30 minutes later, and it only took 2 hours. The braids were perfect, my head did not hurt, and the experience was amazing from start to finish.

Definitely a win for me for sure — 5 out of 5!

I love my new extension-on-locs install! I originally had sister locs but then after a few reties I decided to do the extensions as a permanent protective style and I’m loving the way they look so far! It’s a bit expensive for this look (for me🥴 $435 not including the $406 crochet human hair), but honestly I couldn’t find cheaper, especially since she dyed my hair as well and washed it! I ran out of hair so she left a few strands of my hair too, but it goes perfect for the look I wanted to achieve! I always go to the same lady and she feels like another mom to me ❤️ she definitely has my (hairs) best interest at heart.

Tenneh is consistent and her braiding hand is super neat! She’s warm, family friendly and her shop has an ambiance that is calming! It’s like stepping into hair therapy when I get my hair braided! Highly recommended! Always return to her for my braids! Top tier! 👏🏾🤌🏾
