I have tried MANY gyms in CLT, Sweat Method is hands down the best!! Trainers are awesome; super motivating & fun. Every class is different and trust me you will leave dripping (in a good way)?

I’ve been going to Sweat Method for 3 years and it’s the best because it keeps me going! The people are so great and 30 min workouts are so doable. I’m currently 9 months pregnant and still working out, and Justin and Thomas have been so great in helping coach me with modifications that I can do while pregnant. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone taking their class is comfortable and performing at their best. Couldn’t ask for a better gym and I’m eternally grateful to them!
