I just want to give a shout out to Breanna and Octavia not only do they go above and Beyond for their patients they also know you by name. My only down fall is was when Breanna and Octavia is not there no one knows what is going on. There are other people in the office and it’s like I’m a new patient every time I came in about my glasses.when they are not in. I kept being told I will leave a message for Breanna but she never gets the message which required me to make several visits to the site. I had an appointment to get glasses today! My experience was 10/10. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was extremely helpful and professional! I went in at 11 and my glasses were ready at 1:30 ❤️ Thank you so much!!! _~ Kingston

It was a bit strange not to meet with the doctor in person, but the very easy walk in availability was a huge help when I needed glasses in a pinch.
Octavia was very thorough and knowledgeable in walking me through the tests and steps needed to get my updated prescription. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Preinsurance/coupon prices seemed high, but my out of pocket price was brought to well within what I've paid elsewhere for glasses with my yearly exam and included longer damage coverage. I appreciate the easy color code frame pricing
