Go anywhere else for co-working. Regus as a company is crooked and will double charge you, over charge you, charge you for things you never signed up for. This company is crooked and they prey on all of their customers.
I want to preface this review by saying that I rented an office here for 4 years. Over the 4 years there were many things that were great, for example the bathroom is always sparkling clean, the waiting area always looks 5 star, and the reception USED to be generally friendly and helpful.
General complaints that were not conducive to my line of work that may not be others complaints would be that the walls are very thin so you can distinguish everyones conversations, Skiptown dogs are constantly barking like a faint tinnitus in your ear and the parking is non-existent--don't expect to drive to work and have free parking.

I would not recommend renting from Spaces in South End. They have exorbitant fees and nickel-and-dime you for everything. They impose a hefty cleaning fee at the end of your lease for what amounts to a quick 30-minute clean. Additionally, they charge $40 for each missing key. When my key wasn’t working months ago, the front desk told me not to worry and to use the app instead. However, when I returned the working keys, I was informed that there would be a $40 charge for each missing key. I pointed out that we weren’t informed about this policy when we had issues with our key, but they were very rude about it.
