Michael and his crew did a great job moving my appliances!!! He understood that that he may have needed to take a door off that had a waterline in it and he brought many tools in case that was needed. He figured out a way to get the refrigerator thru the doorway without having to remove the door.He also tied down the appliances in his truck so the would not move and wrapped the appliances with the movie my blankets he had in the truck.I’m strongly recommend Michael for your moving needs.Greg

I was referred by my landlord for my move in November 2023 and it was AMAZING!! From the beginning, mykail was very professional and upfront with his pricing and availability . He was very thorough and explained everything to me to make sure I understood the services. The day of the move he was on time and came prepared with his own truck and equipment. My move took a little longer than expected due to the previous movers I hired not packing up storage correctly, but Smart professional moving solutions/Queen City moving was so professional and did everything efficiently!! Large 20 ft container arrived from overseas with all of our household goods. Excellent service….. crew arrived on time … stayed as long as the job took. Very professional but also personal. I appreciated their efforts and willingness to personalise their serves to our needs. Patient and zero rushing!
