I had asked for an acrylic soak off ONLY after she had asked me if i was sure i didnt want anythibg else done, which she started doing them and then told to wait 15 to 20 minutes for them to soak. 20 minutes passed, and she wasn't coming back to the front, so I asked my husband to ask the lady who was doing a haircut cut yo call her coworker because it had been 20 minutes now and she did but wasn't coming back until 10 minutes after the 20 ended. Bad service I don't recommend grooming your nails ? I did it fatally on Friday and on Sunday I had to go to another salon to remove them They told me ? that my cuticle was badly damaged ? I don't recommend them
