I am very happy with the technicians performance. He was polite, friendly, and knowlegeable. what I was very unhappy about was that I was quoted one price over the phone with no mention if any possible additional charges. But when Cory came to do the job, he then told me he would be required to charge me an additional $270 because my tank was below 18 inches. I just think that should have been mentioned at the time of making the appointment. $270 is a lot of money to me and I need to be prepared to kick that out on top of what I was charged for the pumping and "dispatch" fee. Anyway, I'm glad it's done so I can move on to the next household catastrophe.
