What an experience! I found TNicole as a professional in hair loss. I booked the head spa as my first appointment and she was SO knowledgeable. So professional. She talked me through what to expect and my goals for my hair. The head spa was AMAZING. I already love having my hair washed but this was WAY more than that. Not to mention my blowout was bouncy, and moisturized. I can’t wait to go back.

Love T.Nicole! Extremely professional and knows hair. I know nothing about wigs but wanted one installed due to my thinning hair. She patiently walked me through the process. The consultation was helpful and answered all of my questions. The wig took some getting used to but I've gotten so many complements. Clean shop. She's a keeper!

It’s been a week since I received my custom made wig installation and I am very happy with the results. T Nacole is very professional and reassured me that my own hair will be protected under the installation. Her mom who is also her shampoo assistant, took care of shampooing and braiding my hair (not to tightly). The only thing I wish was for my hair to be shampooed more than one time (at least twice), but other than that; I was very pleased with the service. However, I must add that when ‘mom’ put the conditioner on my hair, she gave my scalp the best massage, I was about to go to sleep chile!
