Adding to my previous review . . . Roby came through again. After a storm caused a power surge that knocked out power to half of our house while we were away Roby Services -- Jake Mackey -- came through by fixing the matter quickly and perfectly. This just augments my previous review.

Excellent service provided by Brad, highly recommended! You can order service without signing any maintenance contract or high pressure sales which I have zero tolerance for. Definitely using them again!

Talk about awesome! Roby couldn’t have been a more perfect person for the job. Roby responded to an urgent matter at 11:00pm and had zero issue commuting over an half an hour drive to my residence to help me with my issue. I’ve been without water for 22hrs and after multiple visits the city had zero answers for my problem. Roby took less than 20 minutes and had my house up and going just as promised. In addition to fixing my water malfunction, he kindly informed me on a few house and water saving tips I will benefit from in the future. I wish I would’ve started off with Roby and wast zero time with the city of Charlotte. Thank you so much Roby. You were a huge help... read full review
