Roadrunner Freight provides prompt and professional delivery service. The employees are really nice, pleasant, and super friendly. Drivers are helpful, asking where to place items and even bringing heavy packages to specific locations. The staff keeps customers updated, and packages arrive when they are said to. People at the facility are really willing to help. Customers report very happy and good experiences with the service.
picked up daughters car in San Diego, 6 days later arrived CLT NC. Driver kept me informed of delivery times, roadrunner charged a fair price and it was seamless transaction. These folks are great for car transport.
Very poor delivery service. Driver left the very large boxes (dining chairs) at the bottom of the driveway, did not even bring to the front door, and left a heavy wooden palette as well. Had I been home alone I wouldn’t have been able to carry everything in. Dismal service
Prompt and professional delivery.
I was called and given a delivery day as soon as the next day between 9 and 2. The driver arrived at 9:30 and asked where I wanted it wheeled to.
