From start to finish Renewal by Anderson is an outstanding company to do business with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of replacement windows. We had no high pressure selling from Mike Kranz in sales. Then Julian McLain who came out to our home to make sure the measurements were correct before they can process the final order for the installation team. The installation team of DQ and his associate arrived at my home to install the windows and did an amazing job. We are enjoying our new windows.
Tom tried to fix my 3 point lock that is broken but could not. He will order a new lock today and I expect the order to be expidited asap because I cannot open the door. Tom did a great job.
Tom came to house to repair door handle lock which is not locking properly. He needed to oder a replacement of same color and shape or closest match. Waiting for replacement to be ordered and installed under warranty. Tom is great representative of Anderson!!
