From start to finish Renewal by Anderson is an outstanding company to do business with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of replacement windows. We had no high pressure selling from Mike Kranz in sales. Then Julian McLain who came out to our home to make sure the measurements were correct before they can process the final order for the installation team. The installation team of DQ and his associate arrived at my home to install the windows and did an amazing job. We are enjoying our new windows.
My windows were put in by roughneck renovations for Renewal by Anderson and I would highly highly recommend both the product and the team that installed the windows when I get more Anderson windows when the Old windows I have go bad. I will absolutely request that rough neck renovations put them in it. It’s nice to have a top-notch top quality product put in by a top-notch top quality team. I also want to add that there was minor damage on one of my deck railings. no doubt from hauling the large slidng glass door up the stairs to the deck. one of their guys named Tom came and repaired everything inside of 1.5 hours, incl painting it. Outstanding, very professional service and product from Renewal by Andersen! I had 11 windows replaced today and I am impressed by the product quality. Ivan and his two fellow installers were on time and very courteous and friendly. Especially appreciated was the quality control with an in-person inspection during the day by Artchi, the install project manager, and a call from DeKeta, customer retention specialist. The company and those with whom I have worked during the ordering and installation process all earn a well deserved 10!
