Probably the most down to earth staff I have ever experienced. THEY OFFERED TO WATCH MY BABY. In a time where most doctors want you to come alone, that resonated with me and I will always use and suggest them just because of that. Now the doctor... he's top notch as well. He clearly explained everything to me before, during and after he did it. He joked and was personable. He asked relevant questions to me and my life and if he didn't care.. I couldn't tell. He was attentive and could read my face to see my fears, and calmed them in an instant. 10/10

I have given this business a five star rating before, and I'm doing it again. Dr. Firczak and his staff are incredible. I was born with a significant curvature of the spine and he has helped, educated, and guided me through multiple types of injuries, as well as keeping my spine adjusted. His knowledge is expansive and when I do what he tells me to do, I get better. Judy and Lisa at the front desk are absolutely amazing, always on task and going above and beyond to help fit me in the schedule. My husband has been a patient for over 20yrs, and I am now taking my daughter to Dr. Firczak. I trust him completely.

I have been seeing Dr Greenberg since 2006. Even though I have moved much farther away, I will always return to Randolph and Dr Greenberg! He has seen me through a back surgery, pregnancy, and 15 years of ups, downs, and in-between. This entire practice is full of people who care for your well-being and make you feel cared for and important. As someone with chronic back issues who had seen vast improvement under their care, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
