I cannot say enough about my experience with Queen City Eye Care these last 2 years! They have gone extra and beyond in so many ways. Starting with Morgan at the front desk who is always so friendly, returns calls promptly and very patient with all of my requests. I also appreciate Dr.Dulley who has always been very informative, honest and personable. I’ve always bought the same generic, simple one color style glasses. He was able to take me out of my comfort zone into something with a little more authenticity and I have received so many compliments since. If you like exceptional customer service, this is your place!

I recently had an appointment with Queen City Eye Center for the first time. It was a really great experience. I'm used to dr. appointments being in and out, with few questions asked and the staff and drs seeming un-interested because they have to get to the next patient. That was not the experience here. They were super friendly, efficient, and thorough. I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Dudley asked so many questions and was genuinely invested in making sure he got everything right. I will definitely be back!

Dr. Dudley fixed my prescription that was too strong from a previous eye doctor. My eye strain and headaches are gone! Excellent Doctor and staff, really takes the time for a thorough exam.
