I brought my dog, Holly, to see Dr. Hreiz for a leg injury. Everyone was so friendly and gentle with Holly, who gets extremely nervous at the vet. Dr. Hreiz took the time to explain everything to me and he and Olivia were so patient with her, giving her lots of pets and treats! Holly’s favorite person by far was Jules! They were SO sweet to her and she just loved them❤️

I recently switched to Queen City Animal Hospital after several years of subpar care at another clinic, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by their LGBT-friendly environment and their exceptional care for my large breed Great Danes. Unlike previous vets, who labeled one of my Danes as aggressive, the team at Queen City embraced him with open arms. Their fear-free approach has transformed our visits into pleasant and thorough experiences, significantly reducing stress for both my pets and me.

If I could rate QCAH 6 stars today, I would. Yesterday morning my hamster, Marinette, was suddenly acting very sick. I called around to emergency vets in the area, including exotics-friendly ones, only to be turned away or told the exotics doctor was only available for established patients. My household has used QCAH a few times before for other pets, so this morning my mom called first thing to see if they could work her in. They were able to, and from the beginning to end of Marinette's visit, Dr. Diaz and her team were so compassionate. Unfortunately, Marinette was far sicker than we could have known, and while undergoing diagnostic x-rays she passed away. Words... read full review
