I’ve wanted to use Quail dry cleaners mainly because of convenience, however, I find them to be EXCEPTIONALLY expensive. I’ve wanted to have my comforters dry cleaned and two pillows and while I fully expected it to be more expensive I didn’t expect it to be over $100. Two pillows averaged about $62 without tax and the comforter, if I had got that done, it would have put my bill at about $120. I don’t know, I've never encountered these prices before and I have lived in two big expensive cities before moving to Charlotte.

I came with my dad's dress shirts and was given a receipt ticket without prices. When I asked for the total I was told it would be around $7 a shirt. We dropped off Tuesday and were told to pick up Friday after 5pm. Total for 6 shirts came out to $49.50. I just relocated from NYC so I'm not sure if that's just the Charlotte price standard but I found it pricey. The quality of dry cleaning is excellent though.

This place’s pricing is outrageous, $8 for standard dry cleaning on men’s pants is insane. They also charge $8 for a blouse. The staff are friendly and the quality is fine, but Manhattan prices in the Charlotte suburbs doesn’t make sense.
