To begin with, I was very afraid of having surgery but Dr. Gear made me feel comfortable and safe with him and answered the thousands of questions I asked him. I was very happy with my results since after having three children I had a lot of hanging skin, now I enjoy the surgery. the way my jeans look and the very attentive and friendly staff for what you need, the truth is I went to the right place and I recommend it 100% happy with my tummy tuck!!!

Love Dr. Gear, Heather, Mischell and Ashley. Everyone is fantastic, caring. Everything I have had done from Plastic Surgery to Facials, Injections, they truly care about what matters most to you but also giving you truthful feedback on what you should, shouldn't get. The office is absolutely beautiful. The staff is A++.

They have curated a group of amazing professionals for their south Charlotte location. With staff who speak Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Ukrainian and master estheticians, expert injectors and a CoolSculpting master. Dr Gear has won multiple awards for being a breast and body contouring master of his trade.
