ProScout Hardwood Floor Restoration

Pro Scout Hardwood Floor did an exceptional job. I am delighted how everything came out. My only regret is that I did not get the floors refinished by them sooner! The owner is a very nice man, easy to talk to, and a truly hard worker. He personally did the final walkthrough with me to check every single detail. The crew did a phenomenal job on the floors and you can tell this team takes immense pride in their craftsmanship. The quality of their work is top-notch. If you want flawless results and excellent customer service, hire them!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this experience!
From start to finish, Jimmy and team was professional, incredibly kind, thorough, and attentive to every detail. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered all of my questions, and treated my home with genuine care and respect.

And the floors?! Absolutely transformed. I honestly didn’t realize how much they needed a professional cleaning until I saw the finished result. They look refreshed and beautiful.

What impressed me most was the combination of exceptional workmanship and the honest salesmanship. There was careful explanation in what service would be best for my floor (originally I assumed it was a screen and rebuff). The team was friendly, patient, meticulous, and clearly took pride in doing the job right, which ended up being a simple wax, polish and residue removal. Nothing felt rushed, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied.

If you’re considering having your floors professionally cleaned, do yourself a favor and book them. The quality of the work was outstanding, the team was a pleasure to have in my home, and the results were beyond what I expected. Five stars without hesitation!

Jimmy and his crew did a fantastic job !!!! Jimmy is very easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend him.
